The Community Dialogue Post-Grant Survey Results provides a summary of the results from the survey of individuals who attended community dialogues across the state where they were able to view the Each Mind Matters documentary and participate in a discussion about mental health. This survey provides an overview of the learnings from this community dialogue program and findings for future dialogue events.
