The "Mental Illness and Stigma" Video is an informational video that teaches about how stigma can negatively affect someone suffering from a mental health challenge and make it harder for that person to seek the help they need. This resource was created in partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness California to help students entering the Directing Change youth film competition better understand the relationship between mental illness and stigma so that students can accurately portray this correlation in their films.
